VSAC hosts Spring, Summer, and Fall Leagues for Adult Coed Flag Football in Long Beach, California.  Teams play Saturday & Sunday afternoons between 1-5pm on the beach near the corner of Granada Ave & Ocean Blvd in Long Beach / Belmont Shore.  The league is growing fast and always accepting new teams.  Team captains play free in all Volitude Sport & Adventure Club flag football leagues.

8v8 ADULT COED FLAG BEACH FOOTBALL LEAGUE IN LONG BEACH, CA

– 5 male & 3 female on the field (12-18 players per team)

– Welcome New Teams, Groups of Friends, and Individuals (Free Agents)!

– Captains play FREE when you recruit at least 12 players for a team

Fall Season Details for Football, Soccer, and Volleyball Leagues in Long Beach, CA

Hello Players-

With the Fall Seasons approaching soon, we have a bunch of expanded offerings and exciting updates for you!

VSAC now has a Running Club, “Run the Beach” organized by Steven Vu.  This is a fun, social group designed to help you get in shape, stay in shape and train for upcoming races we will have a team competing in.  On the calendar now is the OC Fair 5K on August 4th, Long Beach Marathon on October 13th, and the Surf City 5K & 10K’s on October 27th.  Start training with us now to prepare.  We will select 10 runners for the races in October to be decked out in VSAC Gear.

Paddleboarding & Kayaking Meetups/Lessons: Organized by John Henry Marino, VSAC is now providing Saturday morning gatherings with trips through the Naples Canal and Alamitos Bay.  For those who are new, Paddleboarding lessons are offered for $25, or if you are already a Speed Pass Member, just $16/hr to rent a board, or $10/hr when launching before 9:15am.  If you have your own board or Kayak, it is free to join up with us and jump on the water!

Paintballing Adventure: A trip is in the works for late September or early October!  We will plan a day, Saturday or Sunday at a local paintball venue near the Long Beach area.  More info to come soon!

FALL SOCIAL LEAGUES:

FLAG BEACH FOOTBALL – Saturday Afternoons 2:30pm or 3:30pm start times
Season starts September 21st & ends November 16th: 8 Week Season + 1 Playoff Week
We will have 3-4 fields setup over a 2 hour block from 2:30-4:30pm
Adult Coed – min 12 players per team – $55 per player

We will have 3 or 4 fields with games going on at a time depending on the number of teams. The goal is to hit 16 teams this season with 2 separate divisions (Social & Intermediate/Advanced)! The late afternoon start will make it possible for teams to play in a Saturday morning league in Huntington if they wish to do so.  We’ll also schedule around kickball games here in Long Beach (playoff week in particular) where needed for the teams that have players in the league.

BEACH SOCCER – Sunday Mornings 11:00am or 12:00pm start times
Season starts September 22nd & ends November 17th: 8 Week Season + 1 Playoff Week
We will have 3-4 fields setup over a 2 hour block from 11:00-1:00pm
Adult Coed – min 8 players per team – $55 per player

Our goal for soccer is also 16 teams with 2 separate divisions (Social & Intermediate/Advanced).  NFL Sunday Ticket will be streaming on the sidelines at the tent so you won’t miss any early game scores or updates.  We’ll then head to bar afterwards for drink & food specials, and more football!

VOLLEYBALL LEAGUES
“Blind Draw” 4v4 Coed League – Saturday Mornings 10:00am-12:00pm
Season starts August 31st & ends October 19th: 8 weeks of play including a playoff challenge draw
4-6 courts will be reserved for 2 full hours of play each week!
Adult Coed- Individual (Free Agent) Sign Ups – $50 per player

“BLIND DRAW” GAME FORMAT: Each week, there will be a blind draw to establish that day’s teams and then points will be recorded for each individual player. This ensures you get to meet and play with/against everyone! There will be 2 full hours of play each week!

2v2 Coed Doubles League – Wednesday Nights 6:30pm-8:30pm
Season starts August 14th & ends October 9th: 8 Week Season + 1 Playoff Week
4-6 courts will be reserved for doubles matches
Adult Coed Intermediate/Advanced Level – Team & Free Agent signups – $45 per player
